Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please email us at hello@studiophalsa.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Refund Policy
At Studio Phalsa, every piece is thoughtfully produced in small batches. We strive to ensure that each order reaches you in perfect condition.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Incorrect size selection by the customer.
- Minor colour variations caused by screen settings.
- Slight variations in print placement or fabric texture, which are a natural characteristic of small-batch production.
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without their original tags and packaging.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Reverse pickup or return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Studio Phalsa.

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept secure online payments through the payment methods available at checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
