At Studio Phalsa, we take great care in ensuring every piece reaches you in perfect condition.

Our Policy

We currently do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, we do accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@studiophalsa.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, email us at hello@studiophalsa.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.

Please allow 7-10 business days for exchanges to be processed once we receive the returned item.
